Rest day!

Like any human I need a day off, I’m going to have a lovely night with some close friends and my boyfriend. Back to work out tomorrow morning 8 am bright and early :) have a great night and keep up the great work those who are reading this

RECIPE

pan fry a large piece of wholemeal bread with olive oil and herbs

cut a handful of tomato and panfry as well 

add some avocado and chopped spring onions

place everything on your bread and enjoy your yummy snack!

todays workout was really small because we spent most of our hour working on our Hang power cleans, hang cleans, muscle cleans and squat cleans.

i learned today that the difference between a power clean and a clean is the way you land. the power part comes from bending your legs slightly. which is where you get the power to push yourself up again. 

WARMUP AND WORKOUT 14-6-12

warm up tonight was pretty easy:

rower - 1min on 1 min off

repeat X5

workout:

battle ropes - giant thick ropes which you make wave like patterns constantly for 1 min

rest for 30 seconds

repeat X5

pain!

i woke up this morning, feeling no pain… until i got out of bed. It actually makes me want to cry when i walk, my calves are so tight and so sore. So I’m off to go stretch before my work out tonight
